How to move navigation bar in outlook
In Outlook, the navigation bar typically refers to the panel on the left side of the screen that contains shortcuts to various sections such as Mail, Calendar, People, Tasks, etc. Unfortunately, as of my last update in January 2022, Outlook doesn't offer the ability to customize the location of the navigation bar. It's fixed in its position on the left side of the window.
However, if you're using Outlook on the web (Outlook.com), you may have some limited ability to customize the layout, including hiding or showing sections of the navigation bar. To do this:
- Go to Outlook.com and sign in to your account.Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to access Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.
- In the Settings panel, navigate to the "General" section.
- Under "Layout," you might find options to toggle different elements of the navigation bar on or off. However, you typically won't have the ability to move it to a different location on the screen.
- If you're using the desktop version of Outlook (Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Mac), the navigation bar's position is fixed and cannot be moved.
If you're referring to something different by "navigation bar" in Outlook, please provide more details so I can assist you better.
